Commercial elevators for light-commercial buildings
The commercial elevator we install is the Cibes Symmetry LULA — a limited-use/limited-application elevator for light-commercial buildings where a full passenger elevator isn't required and a platform lift isn't enough. Our own crew installs it, working from your drawings, and coordinates the pit, the overhead, and the openings to your schedule.

Our own crew, with over 700 installs and more than 70 years in the trade. We don't sub the install out.
The equipment: Cibes Symmetry LULA
A LULA elevator carries more than a platform lift and takes up less of the building than a commercial passenger elevator, which is what makes it fit small offices, clinics, storefronts, churches, and other light-commercial buildings. It is built and inspected to the ASME A17.1 limited-use/limited-application provisions, and it serves an accessible route where code permits a LULA in place of a passenger elevator.

What a commercial elevator runs
Commercial pricing is quoted per project — the rise, the number of stops, the hoistway construction, the finishes and the site conditions all move it. Send us the drawings and you get the full installed price for your building in a written quote.
Typical timing, for planning
Equipment lead time runs about 10 to 12 weeks from order. Installation runs about 3 to 5 weeks on site. Your job's dates are set in the contract, coordinated to your schedule, once we've seen the drawings.
Code and compliance
Specified and inspected to ASME A17.1 (limited-use/limited-application provisions) and to ADA and ICC A117.1 for the accessible route. We prepare the submittal to the edition your jurisdiction enforces and coordinate the inspection.
Who does the work
Our own installers — the date we commit to is one we control. Licensed and insured in Louisiana and Alabama; license numbers available on request. In Louisiana, owner Carl Ravey holds the commercial license; in Alabama, Steve Bate, our Alabama Sales and Operations Lead, holds it. The warranty is one year of repair labor, plus the manufacturer's parts warranty, which varies by manufacturer.
Send us the drawings — we'll spec it and quote it in writing.
