How we work

You call or request a quote and tell us what you're trying to solve — the stairs, the front steps, reaching another floor, or a project you're building. You talk to someone who does this work, not a call center.

We talk through your home and your situation and lay out the options that could fit — some homes take a home elevator, some are better served by a stairlift, a platform lift, or a ramp. We tell you what each option involves and roughly what it runs, so you and your family can weigh it. Then we set up a visit.

Before we quote a number, we look at the space the equipment has to fit — the floors it connects, what's behind the walls, and what your home needs to carry it. We measure so the quote is real.

The full price for your installation, the timeline from order to completion, the warranty, and the name of the person in charge of your job — all in writing. If something about your home changes the price, that's in the quote too. How long the whole thing takes depends on the equipment — typical lead and install times are on the price-ranges page.

Talk it over with your family, compare it against anyone else you're considering, and take the time you need. No pressure on the phone, and no pushy follow-up.

When you're ready, our own installers do the work — people who have spent their careers in the trade. That means the equipment set level and true, the finish done right, the site swept and cleared at the end of each day, and everything tested so it runs for years.

We show you how your equipment works before we go, and we service what we install. Your warranty is one year of repair labor, plus the manufacturer's parts warranty, which varies by manufacturer.
