PVE30 vacuum elevator, Metairie

PVE30 vacuum elevator · Metairie, Louisiana · 2026

Black-framed clear vacuum elevator tube beside a curved staircase with black iron balusters, under a crystal chandelier, on a brick floor — Installed by Carl, Mike and Terri.

A single-passenger PVE30 in a two-story entry hall in Metairie, set beside the curved staircase under the chandelier. A vacuum elevator needs no pit and no machine room, so the tube stands on the brick floor and rises straight to the landing above.

The last photographs are from the install itself: the tube sections coming in through the front door, and the protective film still on before the finish.
